Adco Cartoner
General Description
The adco cartoner is a continuous motion horizontal end load cartoner, which is capable of erecting, loading and sealing a wide range of carton sizes and styles at speeds up to 80 cartons per minute. Along with its continuous motion design, this cartoner includes a fully automatic barrel cam product inserter with an adjustable overload sensor protected retract system.
Application
This adco cartoner is suitable for automatic cartoning of tube toothpaste, ointment. and soft
package ( packed condoms ).
It consists of direction folding (1-4 folds) and feeding equipment,cardboard case forming and feeding, batch number printing, sealing of
case tongues at both ends etc. The whole cartoning process is finished automatically.
It can be added hot-glue device for the carton sealing.
